Some of the scripts i have created is avaiable for download in the <a title=\"VIPerlTooklit Scripts\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amikkelsen.com\/?page_id=43\">Download section<\/a> of this site.<\/p>\n<p>I first came accross the VIPerlToolkit about 8 months ago when looking through www.run-virtual.com.<br \/>\nI got inspired by Richards script that created and updated custom fields in Virtual Center, and i decided to add some more information to my Virtual Center.<\/p>\n<p>Below is a screenshot of my Virtual Center witch is running version 1.1 of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amikkelsen.com\/?page_id=43\">vcinfo.pl<\/a><\/p>\n<table border=\"0\" width=\"400\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amikkelsen.com\/images\/vcinfo_02.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" style=\"width: 385px; height: 116px; float: left;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.amikkelsen.com\/images\/vcinfo_02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"576\" height=\"101\" align=\"left\" \/><\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>The script automatically updates the following information in Virtual Center:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All virtual networks attached<\/li>\n<li>List if VM has snapshots<\/li>\n<li>The path and name of the VMX file<\/li>\n<li>The size of each attached VMDK file<\/li>\n<li>The path and name of each VMDK file<\/li>\n<li>The freespace in each VMDK file<br \/>\n(Requires VMwareTools to be running)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To run the script you need to install ViPerlToolkit and Perl on your VirtualCenter server (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.run-virtual.com\/?page_id=150\" target=\"_blank\">Howto from www.run-virtual.com<\/a>).<br \/>\nOr run tit in the VMware ViPerlToolkit Appliance (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.vmware.com\/download\/sdk\/\" target=\"_blank\">Download it from www.vmware.com<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>This will not be my last script \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>A.
